Most post-secondary and employers will accept transcripts emailed directly from our Student Services office and do not require paper transcripts.

Transcripts will only be available for pick up at Bay View High on July 12th and August 9th from 9am-12pm. However, you must pre order your transcripts on the Google Form to have them available for you to pick up on one of those days.

If you graduated, or attended SJA/BVH, since 2012, and you are applying to Nova Scotia post-secondary institutions, simply include your ten digit student number with your application and you are not required to send transcripts. If you do not know your 10 digit student number, please state that in the google form.
