RE:  Report Cards and Parent-Teacher Conferences – Spring 2024

Mid-Semester report cards will go home electronically on Wednesday, April 17th, 2024, by the end of the workday.

Our first semester Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place in the afternoon and evening of Thursday, April 18, 2024.

This semester, ALL our conferences will take place IN-PERSON at our school.
There will be NO phone call interviews this semester.

The time blocks, on April 18th, are as follows:

1:00-3:00pm
6:00-8:00pm

All conferences are scheduled for five (5) minutes.  These interviews will take place at BVHS in our gym (and other selected areas).

The Sign-Up Process
We will be using the PTCFast.com website to schedule appointments.  The link will go active on Thursday, April 11th at 9:00am and will remain open until Wednesday, April 17th.  The link is available below and will also be found on our school website on Thursday. [Please Note:  If you don’t receive an email back from PTCFast after signing up, please check your ‘junk mail’ or try signing up again using a different e-mail address.]
When signing-up for appointments, we encourage you to leave 5-10 minutes (or more) between teachers.
We ask for your patience if our teachers are running behind on the scheduled times.
If, while signing up, a teacher’s schedule is deemed as full by the system, we ask that you send that teacher an e-mail to arrange a mutual time to discuss your student’s progress in said class.
